History and Services Offered
TPS Services, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Dan Moore and specializes in meeting its clients' needs through home renovation, remodeling, and installation of Four Seasons sunrooms.

The Company offers its' services to design, create, improve and install all types of living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, with sunrooms providing a natural connection. Outdoor projects include custom decks and railings, and patio enclosures. Indoor projects include major house and apartment renovation, custom bathroom and kitchen remodeling, room additions, attic and basement finishing, dormers, and home offices.

TPS Services, Inc. is a member of the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County and the National Association of Home Builders, and is a charter member of the Master Remodelers Council (Dan was President in 2000). Our team of professional designers, carpenters, installers and subcontractors has many years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling and new home construction. We are licensed, bonded, and insured (contractor's registration #TPSSEI*044MW).

In 1997 and 2000, Dan was named the Remodeler of the Year by his peers in the BIA of Whatcom County. Also, TPS Services received the 1997 "Award of Excellence in Remodeling" from the State BIA for the expansive whole house commercial remodel of the South Bay Bed and Breakfast on Lake Whatcom. This project was also featured in "Remodeling" magazine (June 1999, pp. 54-61).

Products and Applications
For over a quarter of a century, Four Seasons has been dedicated to developing the state of the art in sunroom design and innovation. Four Seasons' exclusive, patented CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ has continuously achieved a CBA rating (the highest attainable) by certified independent testing laboratories. The exclusive and proprietary coating is produced under ISO 9001-certified designation from the International Organization of Standards.

In addition, Four Seasons structural frames are all 100 percent thermally broken to stop the transfer of outside temperatures to inside surfaces.
